Become a College Democrat.
The best way to get involved with the College Democrats is to come to our weekly meetings on Thursdays at 6PM in TCC 320A. Meetings are open to everyone, and no application is necessary. Each meeting is different, and our accomplished Executive Board strives to plan events that are useful, social, and unique. During meetings we outline various political opportunities from our club network and keep our members in the loop about upcoming involvement activities. Because we are a political organization with many connected members and alumni, we always have information on how people can involved with political campaigns or other political advocacy groups. Come meet the friends you'll enjoy for the rest of your college experience — and beyond.
If you cannot make our weekly meetings but would still like to be involved, we have many events throughout the year that you are welcome to join. To stay up to date, make sure you sign up for our weekly newsletter. We send out information about all the events and opportunities that are coming up and you can get involved in.

Membership and Dues
The Dues Package for the College Democrats is $25.00 for membership lasting one academic year. Once you pay your membership dues, you will receive our Dues Package: One club T-shirt in your requested size, and free transportation to the annual California Democratic Convention. The College Democrats are committed to accommodating every interested student, regardless of income. However, for those who are financially capable, we ask that you contribute by paying your dues and renewing your membership each year. Every penny returns to you in goods, transportation, activities, and refreshments.
The College Democrats have no prerequisites other than that you remain a politically engaged, focused student on campus. However, we do ask that by joining our organization you also make a good faith commitment to attending as many meetings as you can. Our club is friendly and active — and this great tradition cannot continue unless members are willing to carry the torch.
